Can you masta the mongoose again?

It has been over a year since the first extremely popular Masta Challenge and now Masta Hippie has returned with a second installment to his challenge track series. This contest is to see who can get the best lap times on this extremely difficult track.

Masta Challenge 2 is a very difficult mongoose challenge track. The goal is to cross every obstacle and reach the end. Each obstacle takes a different driving skill to complete and range from simple manuevering to timing your mongoose spawns. Naturally each obstacle has a checkpoint after it so you will be able to respawn by it. Player teleporters have also been set up in the necessary places to ensure you don't cheat by going on foot. Credit to Yugnoswam for helping make a few of the obstacles.

To download Masta Challenge 2 and the Challenge gametype you have to search for Masta Hippie’s file share by using the in-game file search.


Rules

• The Challenge gametype must be used.
  
• No editing the track.
  
• If Masta Hippie wins, the prize will go to whoever comes second.
  
• Entries will be accepted until June 30. The contest will then be closed and lap times will be reviewed to confirm the winners.

How to enter
Upload a video of your best lap to your file share and then post your best times below along with your gamertag.


Prizes
1st – 1600 Microsoft points*, 400 HT points
2nd – 250 HT points
3rd – 100 HT points

Lap with least deaths – 50 HT points
Zero deaths – 1000 HT points
Lap with most deaths – 50 HT points
Participation – 20 HT points

*The Microsoft points only work in the US. PayPal cash is available instead for the cool non-American minorities (although technically we are the majority).

Hopefully I'll have a good shot at this XD Can I just post a video on youtube for my entry since my fileshare is full, obviously I would bring up the addition HUD so it showed my username on the video.

Same here! I swear I spent around 10 minutes just on that obstacle before I actually got passed it. Oh, and how the heck did you beat it in 11 minutes?? I didn't actually time my first run, but it took somewhere from 45 minutes to an hour..haha. I'm going to try again today and hopefully get a better time that I can actually post..

No chance of me doing this. I spent 30 minutes trying to do the discs, and the Yugs came on and overtook me within 5 minutes.

First attempt. The trick is to get up the mountain with 0 deaths. If you can do that, you are half way and setting a good time. I got held up at the railing crossing and I died once on the mountain.

Naa, if you can get to the mountain by 3 minutes - 4 minutes and not die on the first half your sorted, also the bit after the grid slide, if you do that all in one go then your fine.
