HC Tourney #40 - Halo Reach

I will be using a new scoring method for this tourney. The person with the most in game points (with -2 per death) after a race will receive 1 point. The person with the second most will get 2 points, etc. The lowest points at the end of the tourney wins. This makes it more competitive because there aren't massive point differences. Also it accounts for the point differences between 3 lap and 5 laps races and maps with more than 2 checkpoints.
