This URL is the format for all the possible outcomes of the races. the number stand for how many driver showed up. see you sunday!

This is the signups thread for the Rallycross series on halo 4. The series can consist of how many ever drivers show up. It will be on Grand Prix tracks but all of these Grand Prix tracks have joker laps (A longer or shorter path that you have to take to basically make it more competitive) which you have to take once or twice a race. Most races will be fairly quick such as 5 lap heats, 8 lap Last Chance Qualifiers, and 10-12 lap Mains(The final race)....This is going to be series that will also have ORL racers as well.....in turn this means this will be a cross community league/ series

Its going to span 12 weeks with one track per week every sunday

(6:00PM) Eastern
(5:00PM) Central
(4:00PM) Mountain
(3:00PM) Pacific

Rules:

• You must take the joker at least once depending on the certain track and race
  
• No Shooting other drivers
  
• No Intentional Wrecking
  
• No stealing other mongooses
  
• No being on foot
  
• No arguing with the host (ME)
  
• Please no trash talking (especially considering this a joint Series)

Cheating/Punishments:

• 1st.Loss of points depending on severity
  
• 2nd.Booted from lobby for the racing weekend
  
• 3rd.Kicked from whole series

Point system:
1st-24
2nd-23
3rd-22
Etc.
1 point for a heat and semis wins as well
no extra points for a LCQ win

Perfect format. Everything is very concise. I'd recommend adding a rule about trash talking. I know that a few ORL members feel strongly towards HT in a negative way. Also, since you're not sure how many signups it will get, I will put two tournaments on the Tournaments Calendar. If a suitable average of HT members are competing, I'll add more dates.

On a side note, this really makes me wish HT 5.0 was out. The Tournament System and Blogs would go perfectly with this. Hell, doing it on the new squads application would be even better. I won't get into details just yet. That would spoil the surprises.

Anywho, please keep in touch with me about this series event! Again, great post!

Another thing. Are all of these tracks in one tournament? Or are you picking from this list of tracks to race every Sunday? If it's the second option, I'll need to know which race you'll be doing at least one week ahead of time so I can include it in the Calendar event.

Something tells me the times aren't quite right (New Zealand and UK). I'm not sure how the noon/midnight works with AM/PM, but this looks like NZ is 1 hour away from UK (which it isn't). You might want to check that its correct, and add noon or midnight next to the 12:00 one to avoid confusion.

12pm is midday, 11pm is late at night... that's not 1 hour difference.

You do know that the racer list is racking up on the ORL site right? 15 guys I believe. BTW I think you should update the drivers for both sites, so everyone knows how many have signed up.

Read the time of the post, it was before the signup thread was even posted on the ORL site, but yeah Unreal does need to get on to updating the list of people signed up.

Can you please tell me why none of the people on HaloTracks are signing up for this? this is a fun racing series....if you would like to see some of the maps message me....and we can race on them....I promise you will not be dissapointed

It's because they aren't seeing enough incentive to sign up. It's not just about a shiny prize or already having 16+ signups. Not a lot of people get a lot of signups on their first set of tournaments, and it's been like that for years. They just want to see how things go. Give it time.

The reason I haven't signed up is that this sounds like a long commitment. I'm not sure if you can do a race here and there or have to do them all.

If it's the former sign me up for the first race.
