All of you have raced "decently" enough to make it into the squad. It is no secret that in the old days with old members you would have not been fast enough to make it. You will still be racing with a lot of those old members and will be expected to keep pace, we DO NOT like lapping Velocity members. If you are still not up to pace after a month of racing or so I WILL remove you from the squad.

That is my warning, and welcome to one of the biggest try hard squads of all time.

You all have also earned the ability to post in our forums so long as your name is in the compacted documents showing you are on our members list.

Yeah don't worry about improvements . Back in H3 I could stay with Fleck when we used to race. I just haven't raced terrain in H3 in forever.

To be honest, with Hatter's choice of words above in his paragraph, and yours just now Cassel, it is putting off myself and others from wanting to race in this squad. I'm sure that you guys couldn't care less if new recruits didn't race but I'm not so sure if you have enough active "old members" to race if new recruits don't race.

Office, they are just trying to get the point across that the squad is hardcore. However, I agree it could be said using better words to encourage the new members.
