To be honest, with Hatter's choice of words above in his paragraph, and yours just now Cassel, it is putting off myself and others from wanting to race in this squad. I'm sure that you guys couldn't care less if new recruits didn't race but I'm not so sure if you have enough active "old members" to race if new recruits don't race.

My apologies for the mess. I'll admit I was mad too.

However, I would like to point out that Hatter is not trying to demean or insult anybody. I would say that he is trying to notify you that you're expected to perform in a straight kind of way. We don't mean for you to think that we think you guys suck. We see you guys have potential to get better and we want to give you guys that opportunity. As a form of criticism, we will say that you guys were a little off the pace for being recruits (obviously considering your short experience with the game and other important factors that affected your racing). That doesn't mean you guys can't get better. If we thought you guys sucked, then we wouldn't have bothered with letting you guys in. We did let you guys in though, so that's obviously not the case!

In nicer words, we wish you luck and hope to see you guys improve!

And quite honestly i am not saying anything about you guys in general, i am just trying to get the point across. If we do not have a pack of racers that can stay and race with each other competitively there is no point of having the squad in the first place. If i can not get everyone up to speed in the squad then we might as well disband.

Getting everyone up to speed never sounded so literal. I'd say the pun was definitely intended here.lol

Also, to add on to the previous two statements, its not gonna be fun for you or anybody if you get to a point where you're so far behind that you feel the need to pull over to the side of the track. Granted I haven't seen any of you race, im sure if you ask any of us to show you the lines to follow that most of us will be happy to help you out.

Indeed. A couple of people have asked me about practicing on Halo 3 before. I'm not sure about Hatter, but I'll be more than happy to give my time to helping others learn the lines of the tracks and such.

Damn good question, cassel and i are decided this at the moment, I meant to post tournaments a couple days ago and accidentally fell asleep before i had the chance to post them.
